Here is the manufactures instructions for wing removal.

The wings can be removed by two people in a matter of about half-an-hour to an hour.
Installation back will take a bit longer first time around.
The most time consuming bits are reconnecting the control cables and setting tension on them.

The procedure for wing removal would be:
1) Disconnect control rods for flap and control cables for ailerons
2) Loosen the nuts on the Leading and Trailing Edge tube's mounting bolts, but don't remove the bolts now.
2.5) You will need to drill two holes about 13mm diameter in the windscreen directly in front of Leading Edge mounting bolts, in order to be able to remove the bolts. These holes can be plugged in with small rubber or plastic grommets when the wings are fitted back.
3) Disconnect Jury struts (small struts in the middle of the wing support struts)
4) Loosen the nuts on Wing struts mounting bolts
5) Support the wing at the wing tip.
6) Remove Wing struts bolts and LE and TE mounting bolts and slide the wing out. Be sure not to tip the end of the wing down or lift it up too high as you can scratch or damage the windscreen and door _frame_.

Reverse the procedure for reassembly. As I said reassembly will take a little longer as you'll need to reconnect and re-adjust control cables for ailerons. Flap rods don't need re-adjustment as they are fixed length.

The Manufacture has committed to us that they will make a trailerable folding wing option.

Jon
