It has been a major effort to get it done but I want to express my thanks to Rainbow aircraft, The milwaukee FSDO who assisted us in the process and all those involved. I am very pleased we have acheived the certification of the first Cheetah in the United States.

Cheetah XLS at EAA Airventure.

I want to thank all those that stopped by for the eaa airventure 2009. We were located right next to the Light Sport Aircraft Mall. We had an excellent response from those visiting our booth and we appreciated the time spent talking to us about the Cheetah. We are currently in the final stages of flight testing and look forward to finishing up the certification shortly.

CH-089 Cheetah XLS US Assembled LSA

The First Cheetah XLS to be assembled in the United States Of America.

As you can see the Assembly process is comming along. There is still work to do but the weather is getting better so we are able to make progress with the improving weather.
